Please note that all Bristol Vet School deliveries will be sent to the Bristol Vet School Langford Campus, where it will be passed to the student admin team for you to collect.

** Please also note that we do not post any uniforms to private addresses / home addresses, we only post to the Bristol Vet School Langford Campus, to prevent risk of loss of a delivery should you not be home **

Delivery Charge is £7.95 + VAT per order.

Your order will be dispatched and delivered to Bristol Vet School Langford Campus within 5-7 'working' days from the date the order had been placed and payment has been made.

Once you have contacted us, one of our friendly team members will be very happy to talk you through our returns process.

Please return any unwanted items back to us within 14 working days of receiving your order to the following postal address:

We will not accept the return after this time has passed.

Once we have received and checked and validated your returned order, our accounts department will issue a refund to the card you had initially paid with.

Your refund will aim to be processed in approximately 14 working days of our receipt of your returns.
